Unable to login to the DRC Insight Portal: I am getting an unable to sign in message at the DRC Insight Portal screen.

Solution: Use the password reset option by clicking on the Forgot Your Password link. It should come through as an email.

Island Issues? Island is slow or I have issues using Island.

Solution: Sign out of Island and delete your profile chip to clear cached data from Island to help improve performance.

Cannot get signed into Island: Error messages or issues with trying to sign into Island

Solution: Make sure you are clicking on the sign in using organization name link below the sign in button. The entry field box will change to type your organization name. You must enter the full company name: datarecognitioncorp.com – see the video above on how to sign in correctly.

Additional resources will be available to you in the General Reader Resources course in Moodle AFTER you have started on a DRC project. You will not not have access until your first day of employment.
